PLACING AN ORDER

When you have decided which size you prefer for your Pet Portrait, write to me by letter mail or email giving your name, address and telephone number/email address together with which size you want, and whether you would require the painting framed or unframed.  I would also need some photographs of your pet (or one very good close-up). All photographs will be returned with your Pet Portrait.  If you have any special requirements or a special date to receive the painting by (if it is for a Birthday or Christmas Present etc.),  you would need to let me have the details with your order.

Once I receive the order, I will send you confirmation of this and perhaps ask you more about what you require in the painting of your pet.

PAYMENT OF ORDER

All orders require a 50.00 GB POUNDS deposit.  When the painting is completed, I will send you an image of it for your approval and once that has been received, the remainder of the payment should be sent to me.  (This should include the extra amount for a frame if you have requested that and the extra amount required for Shipping and Handling for Overseas orders).

For UK orders payment can be made by personal cheque or money order (made payable please to L. Sinclair) and your Pet Portrait will be sent to you on clearance of these.

For Overseas orders, I can only accept cheques or bankers order in GB POUNDS STERLING (made payable please to L. Sinclair) and your Pet Portrait will be sent to you on clearance of these.
